William E. Black he was born in Marietta, Geogia. His parents were the late William C. Black and Virginia Hall Black. He was a plumber by profession. He is survived by daughter Tabatha (Tim Young) Benton of Union, SC: Brothers: George (Lori) Black Clint (Becky) Black both of Michigan and Chester (Patricia) Black of Travelers Rest, SC; a sister Sandra Moore (Dan) Resinger of Greer, SC and a special Friend Martha Page of Union, al host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services are incomplete and will be announced later by the Union (Free's) Community Funeral Home, 219 W. Main Street Union, SC
