Betty Jane Gladden of Jonesville, SC entered eternal rest on Monday, March 3, 2025. Betty Gladden was born to the late Augusta Hopkins Brannon and Warren Arthur Brannon.
Those left to cherish loving memories are daughters, Audrea Stroble of Jonesville, Sherlyn Brannon of Union, SC and Deborah Montgomery of Jonesville SC.
Sons Archie Montgomery of Union, SC, and Robert Montgomery of jonesville, SC.
10 grandchildren, 11 Great-grandchildren, and 1 Great-great- grandchild.
Sisters, Hazel Smith of Cowpens,and Pearline (Billy, Sr.) Murphy of Spartanburg SC.
Brothers, Willie (Diane) Brannon of Gaffney, SC, Alonzo Brannon of Jonesville, SC; a sister-in-law, Bessie Brannon, an aunt ; Alma Glenn of Jonesville, SC. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. A special friend Inez Smith.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Hattie Mae Hopkins and brothers: Darelyn Brannon, Douglass (Bessie) Brannon, and Curtis Brannon.
Betty was known for her straightforward character, love of greeting others for a
good ole talk, witting sense of humor, unconditional love for her family, and
love of traveling. She will truly be missed by ALL she encountered
