Alphonso Lamont Cheek was born 12/8/1976 to the late Willie Cheek and his mother Patrica Thompson Cheek of Union SC. His biological father the late Lewis Rice. He departed this life on 11/9/2024.

Mr. Cheek attended Union County School system, he also worked for Allied Industries in Jonesville SC.

Alphonso leaves to cherish his wife Maria Ruth Bishop Cheek. (3) Children D’various Thompson of Union SC, Ronald Bishop of Union SC, and Bryon (Darralyn) Bishop of Orlando Fl. (4) Sisters Charlotte Cheek of Spartanburg SC, Vanessa (Keshaun) of Union SC, Shondonnnya Osborn of Spartanburg SC. and Cy’terria Eison of Union SC. (4) Brothers Michael Cheek of Union SC, Dejuan Rice of Union SC, Cedrick Green of Union SC, Darrius Rice of Union SC. And (5) Grand Children and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving at the home of his wife Maria Cheek at 123 A Chambers Ave, Union SC.29379
